A typical week

Monday morning — open the Dashboard, look at Upcoming Lessons, and skim AI Student Insights for any student you’re seeing this week.
Before each lesson — open the lesson, scan their Focus Set and last lesson’s Mistakes/Grammar tabs.
During the lesson — teach inside the Live Lesson room. Mention the Focus Set words naturally.
After the lesson — click Generate Summary on the lesson report, send the summary in Messages, and (optionally) assign a JustTalk AI agent for them to practice with.
End of week — open AI Student Insights for each student and ask “What should we work on next lesson?”.

Always use the Invite Student flow. Manual signups break the teacher-student link.
Keep your availability fresh. Update it weekly; an empty calendar = no bookings.
Take 30 seconds to add a post-lesson note. Future-you will thank you when prepping the next session.
Push students toward full-sentence answers. It dramatically improves the AI’s grammar and vocabulary analysis.
Assign one JustTalk AI agent per student per week. Between-lesson practice closes the gap faster than any homework PDF.
