# Progress coach & profile

> Talk to JustTalk about your progress, and track your level, streak, and goals from your profile.

## JustTalk — your progress coach

The **JustTalk** item in the menu is a special AI coach that sees *everything* you've done across the app and remembers your past chats. Tap **Start talking** and just speak — it reflects on what's working and helps you agree on what to focus on next. You can interrupt, ask questions, or end any time.

Think of it as a quick spoken check-in: *"How am I doing? What should I practice this week?"*

## Your profile

Open your **Profile** to see the big picture.

* Your **level** (e.g. *Intermediate*) and **Progress to Next Level**.
* **Conversations**, **Current Streak**, and **Total Hours** of practice.
* **Subscription** — your current plan.
* **Learning Goals** — the goals you're actively working toward.
* **Settings** and **Log Out**.

## It's all one profile

Your level, streak, hours, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation here reflect **both** your AI practice and your live lessons. Practicing on the AI app between lessons is the fastest way to move these numbers — and to walk into your next lesson more confident.

  Aim for a short daily streak. A few minutes of AI conversation a day compounds faster than occasional long sessions, and your teacher will see the difference.
